I was dealing with some stutter between gears on my civic brought it in for a diagnostic. Frank at the desk was great! Turns out it was a bad ignition coil! Never was I pressured to get my car serviced I’m pretty handy with my car I was recommended what parts to change and I did all 4 and put brand new spark plugs and problem disappeared!! Thank you guys for being honest and thorough! If I ever have another issue i will for sure be bringing my car back!

10/10! I am not the one that received service here, my daughter did. She purchased a car through Carvana and we weren't thrilled about having to use a shop that we had never used before to get warranty work completed. FRANK and LUKE blew the fear out of the water. As a young driver this was super stressful and uncharted territory for her and the way that you cared, kept her up to date and fought for what you felt was the best course of action...BRAVO! Thank you from my mom heart for taking care of our girl and gaining a life long client in the end. She has raved about you through this whole process. One positive thing came out of this purchase with Carvana and it was YOU!

I came in very frustrated and upset just after leaving the Hyundai dealership who had my car from 10/3 till 10/7, I was fed up with them not being able to get a diagnostic on their on make of a car Hyundai Elantra. I paid 100$ after supposedly they repaired two recalls but I was never ever given documentation of this or a invoice. AAMCO had my car from 4pm 10/7 called me 10/9 advised I needed 3 fuses changed and I could pick my car up at the end of business day. I loved the fact they took the time to look my car over and not just hooking it up to a computer like Hyundai did and telling me they cant get a reading, and supposedly a master tech and a Hyundai Engineer couldnt figure it out. AAMCO YOU HIT IT OUT OF THE BALL PARK!
